Prabhas Talks About His Marriage
Young Rebel Star Prabhas recently released the first song from the film ‘Araku Road Lo’ Araku Road Lo is an upcoming film jointly produced by Meka Balasubrahmanyam, B Bhaskar, Vegiraju Prasadaraju, and Rameshwari Nakkalu. Starring Ram Shankar and Nikeesha Patel in lead roles, the film was directed by Vasudev. The makers completed the entire shoot and they have started concentrating on the promotions now. Prabhas made some interesting comments about his marriage after listening the song.
“Looks like the song ‘Eppudura pelli..’ was written keeping me in mind. The lyrics are very catchy. The song sounds really fresh. Usually, Puri Jagannadh garu pens the dialogues of his films. Vasudev garu seems to be multi-talented like Puri garu. I hope this film will become a big hit”. said Prabhas.
Kamal Kamaraju, Abhimanyu Singh, Kovai Sarala, Prudhvi, Krishna Bhagawan and others are part of the cast. The film is music-directed by the director himself, besides Rahul Raj.

Shruti Haasan Keeps Waiting for Pawan
Powerstar Pawan Kalyan tasted a massive debacle this year with Sardar Gabbar Singh which released during summer this year. KS Ravindra directed the movie and Pawan himself penned the story, screenplay of the film. He signed his next movie which is being directed by Kishore Pardasani (Dolly). The regular shoot of the movie started recently in Hyderabad which continued for two weeks. Telangana, Maharashtra Sign Pact on Godavari Projects
The Chief Ministers of Telangana and Maharashtra on Tuesday signed a pact for construction of irrigation projects across Godavari river, ending the inter-state dispute. Touted as the historic pact, the latest agreement of both the states will pave way for construction of three barrages on Godavari and its tributaries Penganga and Pranahita.
Under the first agreement, Telangana will build a barrage of 100 metre height and 16 TMC storage capacity at Medigadda. The second agreement was for Tummadihatti barrage on Pranahita with a height of 148 metres and 1.8 TMC storage. Under the third agreement, Chanaka-Korata barrage will be built on Penganga river.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his Maharashtra counterpart Devendra Fadnavis signed three agreements in Mumbai during the first meeting of Godavari Inter-State Board. Irrigation ministers of the two states, several cabinet colleagues of Rao, MPs and senior officials were also present. Rao, his Cabinet colleagues, Chief Secretary Rajiv Sharma and top officials left for Mumbai in a special aircraft to sign the pact.

To be constructed as part of Kaleswaram project, the barrage will help irrigate 18.19 lakh acres of land in six districts. The water coming to Sriramsagar, Nizamsagar and Singur reservoirs will irrigate an additional 18 lakh acres.
The second agreement was for Tummadihatti barrage on Pranahita with a height of 148 metres and 1.8 TMC storage. This will help in irrigation of two lakh acres of land in Adilabad district bordering Maharashtra.

He said Maharashtra and erstwhile Andhra Pradesh had problems for last several decades over the projects across Godavari, but no progress was made in solving them despite having same party in power in both the states and at the Centre.
Under the third agreement, Chanaka-Korata barrage will be built on Penganga river. This barrage with 213 metre height and 0.85 TMC storage will irrigate land in Maharashtra and Adilabad district of Telangana.
Speaking on the occasion, Telangana CM Chandrashekhara Rao said with this historic pact, the two states set a new trend at a time when there were water disputes among several states. He said Maharashtra and erstwhile Andhra Pradesh had problems for last several decades over the projects across Godavari, but no progress was made in solving them despite having same party in power in both the states and at the Centre.
KCR said he took the initiative to solve the dispute after formation of the new state of Telangana so that the water going waste into the sea could be utilized for the benefit of both the states.
Fadnavis said the agreements would protect the interests of both the states. He said the projects would ensure minimum submergence and would also lead to irrigation of 30,000 acres of land in Maharashtra.
He also extracted an assurance from KCR that Telangana will not question Maharashtra’s share in Krishna river water during the hearing of the case between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh before Krishna Tribunal and in the Supreme Court. KCR has clarified that their dispute is with Andhra Pradesh and not Maharashtra.

Olympian PV Sindhu Arrives In Hyderabad To A Grand State Reception
Telangana government accorded a grand state reception to Rio Olympics 2016 silver medalist shuttler PV Sindhu at Gacchibowli stadium here on Monday.
Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali, Home Minister Nayani Narsimha Reddy, Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Hyderabad Mayor Bonthu Rammohan, MLCs Narender Reddy, Shambipur Raju and a host of officials and dignitaries received Sindhu at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport this morning.
From Andhra Pradesh government, Deputy CM Nimmakayala China Rajappa, Minister Devineni Uma Maheshwara Rao and MP Kesineni Nani were among those who received Sindhu at the airport.
Sindhu, the first Indian to clinch a silver in badminton at the Olympics in its 120-year history, was showered with flowers all her way from the airport to Gacchibowli stadium. Sindhu was accompanied by her coach Pullela Gopichand in an open top vehicle and ministers and other dignitaries followed the vehicle.
Waving the national flag, school children and general public welcomed the Olympian throughout the rally via Rajendranagar, Aramghar and Attapur to Gacchibowli stadium.
A jubilant Sindhu waved back to all the enthusiasts and children raising the silver medal she won at the just concluded Rio Olympics 2016.
Grand Welcome Awaits Sindhu in Hyderabad
A grand welcome will be accorded to Rio Olympics silver medalist P.V. Sindhu when the badminton star arrives here on Monday.
Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is making large-scale arrangements to welcome the Hyderabadi, who became the first woman to win an Olympic silver medal for the country. The 21-year-old will be given a warm welcome on her arrival at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamsabad on the city outskirts. She will then be brought in a procession to Gachibowli Stadium, where she will be felicitated.
The star shuttler will be welcomed by school children and citizens at various points from airport to the Gachibowli Stadium. A special programme to felicitate Sindhu on her historic win will be held at the Stadium.
